5U Rugged System for Extreme Rugged Environment

Chassis Plans was contracted to create a custom rack mount 5U for an international oil company. Customer needed a rack mount enclosure to withstand extreme shock and vibration, while at the same time providing easy accessibility as well as serviceability. All stainless steel hardware was installed for harsh high salinity environments. Color matching was provided as well as a standard silk screen with the company's logo. Strict depth and front panel requirements were met to comply with the customer's specification. As with any of our projects, Chassis Plans was able to create an enclosure that will accommodate their needs for years to come. Our enclosures can be produced for almost any environment including MIL-STD and NEBS. All of our enclosures are domestically produced with the highest quality and experience.
